Shaddy2024-03-0516:50:45 | Share countHello, I was an investor in net capital and have a receipt for the purchase of 715 shares at 0.42c per share in Nov 2021. I understand that investing moved to this platform and will further move to invest.above.space however that website is not accepting Hotmail addresses and my shares are linked to one. I have emailed [email protected] but have had no reply. Please can you advise as it seems I have been missed out somewhere. Thanks Shaddy Ghazal |

[email protected] | RE: Share countLots of people are asking about the difference in shares showing today vs. when purchased. I got a quick reply form Above about this. There was a reverse stock split. If you're not accustomed to investing, it means shares were combined, it means you have fewer shares, but the shares are worth more proportionally.
angelperezleon | RE: Share countI dont know how it work in the US, but how do company get reported on if their not fulfilling their investors commitments? Report Suspected Securities Fraud or Wrongdoing - SEC.gov ?
markrostan | RE: Share countamERICanTM, you should have an account created here? If so, you'd click Log In at the top right and log in. Then click on My Account and Investor Dashboard. It will show all your purchases, even back to when it was called Orbital Assembly. If you don't have an account, you could create one. I think it's all tied to the email address you used when purchasing, so I would think that if you use that with the account, it would show your purchases by the method I mentioned above. I hope this helps.
amERICanTM | RE: Share countHello, How do we find the share that we have today? How do we confirm we are still owners of these shares?
markrostan | RE: Share countShaddy, try emailing Tim Alatorre -- [email protected].
markrostan | RE: Share countmnimgood, I would suggest reaching out to Tim Alatorre ([email protected]) for the best answer but essentially there was a reverse split some time back so your share count was dropped to 1/5 of the original number but the price per share would be $1.25 so your investment didn't change in absolute dollars. There's been quite a bit of communication about this and the share warrants that Above:Space later offered to investors impacted by the split but maybe the emails were not getting through to you? Tim (as mentioned above) is the best and official source of information though.
