Is this particular raise closed tomorrow or is that just the close of the "testing the waters" phase and an actual raise is forthcoming?

I'm interested, but not able to commit anything by tomorrow. If there is a subsequent longer term raise period, I might be able to participate.

The raise is currently open with a tentative close date of December 31st, 2023. Warrants can be exercised anytime up until Jan 1, 2025.
