Particularly on the share counts we had at NetCaptial and the share count now that we are with above.space. In my case --> Netcapital = 2629 yet after migration to above its only 525 shares. No explanation given! Also, I have not see much in terms of Video updates (last one 10-months ago) on your youtube channel nor updates on the state of play with development goals. No-one representing your company has come out with explanations of what is going on and why these development goals have been not achieve or announced. Yet I am now been asked to vote on the "..elect the following Board Members to serve until the expiration of the term for which elected and until a successor has been elected and qualified.." As a shareholder I am dissatisfied your the companies performance and those responsible at the top in announcing updates and answering our questions. So would a speedy answer to our questions before we proceed electing officials that are not doing their jobs. We need answers!! Regards A. |

If a majority of shares were to vote "no" on the election of Board Members, how would a new Board be determined? 3. Every time I navigate my browser to https://invest.above.space my antivirus software says "Website blocked due to Trojan. ... Domain: media.sppx.io." Why am I getting this warning?
