Upon funding, your funds will be held in escrow until a closing is held in accordance with the requirements of REG CF (including that the campaign is public for at least 21 days, that we notify you are least five business days prior to any closing, and that you have the right to cancel your investment up until 48 hours prior to the campaign end or any newly announced offering deadline). We cannot sell any securities in this offering until the campaign has been live for at least 21 days.
